Search engines and AI search and answer services (for example Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) may read our public pages to index them and to answer people's questions, with a link back to the page, as long as they follow our robots.txt. Our guides, articles, and tools may be used that way. MLS® listing information is licensed to us for consumers' personal use in buying or selling real estate: it may not be stored, resold, or used to train AI models.
